2. Nature of the content
Vaste Analytics provides fixed-term access to digital sports analysis and betting-tip content based on sports data and probability analysis. It does not accept stakes, place bets, hold customer gambling funds or pay winnings.
Vaste Analytics does not guarantee wins, profit, hit rate or any financial outcome. The customer is solely responsible for their betting and financial decisions.
3. Age restriction
Customer accounts, paid access and Premium analyses are intended only for persons aged 18 or over. The customer must confirm adulthood truthfully. Vaste Analytics may close an account created by a minor or with materially false information.
4. Account security
The customer must protect their credentials, use accurate account information and notify Vaste Analytics of suspected misuse. Access is personal and must not be shared, resold, scraped or used to redistribute Premium content.
5. Prices, payment and access
Vaste Analytics offers fixed access periods of 1, 2 and 3 months. Package prices are €39.90 / 1 month, €69.90 / 2 months and €79.90 / 3 months. Each package is purchased separately with a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. The price, access period, included content and payment provider are shown before the purchase is confirmed.
6. Digital content and customer rights
A package provides fixed-term access to digital sports analysis and betting-tip content. Each package is purchased separately with a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. New access is created only by a new purchase initiated by the customer. These terms do not restrict the customer’s statutory rights.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, data-quality incidents or security work. Vaste Analytics may correct, withdraw or update an analysis when source data, market status, lineups or event status change.
8. Responsible use
Users are responsible for their own decisions. Do not gamble with money needed for living costs, borrow to gamble or treat analysis as a promise of profit. Gambling may cause financial and personal harm.
9. Errors, remedies and liability
Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force. Where the digital content or service is defective, delayed or does not conform to the contract, the customer may have statutory rights to correction, price reduction, termination, refund or damages.
To the extent permitted by law, Vaste Analytics is not responsible for betting losses, bookmaker decisions, changed odds, delayed third-party data or indirect loss caused by decisions made on the basis of an analysis.
10. Access expiry, account closure and suspension
A fixed-term access period ends automatically at its stated end time. Vaste Analytics sends one transactional reminder approximately 24 hours before expiry when email delivery is available. Account closure is a separate action in the Privacy Center. Vaste Analytics may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, underage use or non-payment. Statutory records may be retained after closure.
11. Intellectual property
The service, analyses, text, visual design, databases and other protected materials belong to Vaste Analytics or its licensors. The customer receives only a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the service during valid access.
12. Law and disputes
Finnish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection in the customer’s country of residence. Disputes should first be addressed to Vaste Analytics. Finnish consumers may also use the Consumer Advisory Services and Consumer Disputes Board where applicable.
